God looks at the heart, not the hand; the giver, not the gift.

Iya juga si ya, emang apa yang kita bisa berikan ke Tuhan yang kita belon punya? ga ada kan…
He already has and owns everything that we are giving to Him… so why are we still trying to give something to Him?

I think it’s because He looks into our heart, He desires to have a relationship with us and in a relationship you have to give and receive. Communication is built upon giving and receiving. We communicate through words, through body language, through emails, through phone calls, through twitter… and in all media’s we’re using to communicating, we are exchanging something, either words, sounds, movements…

this communication is what God desires from us, He longs to be with us, to talk to us, to love us, for so great the love of God that He sent His own begotten Son, so that whoever believes in Him shall not perish but have eternal life

so, build up you communication with Him, and remember, it’s not about what we give, not about how pretty we sing. But it is all about our heart for The LORD does not look at the things man looks at. Man looks at the outward appearance, but the LORD looks at the heart.

I woke up at 3 a.m. this morning… i tried to continue my sleep but I couldn’t…
so i tried to fix up a document i had to finish… well sometimes i can’t stop doing something, i always want to add something, what do you call this?? perfectionists?? hmm… although i’m trying to deny that i’m a perfectionists but i think i am indeed a perfectionists.

but at some point i had to say stop and thank God i stopped. but anywe, while i was working, i stumbled upon a nice song from Giving My Best, nyatakanlah… in english it should be… reveal

cuman orang semangat yang bisa ngehadepin semua tantangan en ujian yang ada… klo uda patah semangat, kaco deh semua. pantes aja pengamsal berkata di amsal 17:22:

Hati yang gembira adalah obat,
tapi semangat yang patah mengeringkan tulang

So… hati yang gembira gimana ya caranya munculin itu…

ada tertulis di Nehemia 8:9-12, the joy of the Lord is my strength, sukacita karena Tuhan itulah perlindunganmu.

so, i will say to myself… the joy of the Lord is my strength… the joy of knowing that Jesus died for my sins, the joy of knowing that Jesus loves me and cares fr me, the joy of knowing that He rebukes me and let me go on through trials to level up!!! I’m very glad to have such a great God.
