Why do we need patience?
I have asked this question several times and came up with several answers. Well, basically I learn from nature and how nature itself is patient. The easiest example I see is a spider. There are quite a lot of spiders in my bicycle hut in the backyard of my house and what I awe from those spiders is their patience in building their webs. They start building it line by line until it is finished, they keep on doing the building although it rains… Even if it gets destroyed by humans like me or animals, they keep on doing it until it is finished. Wow, what a patience and perseverance.
Another example is a caterpillar, it is first ugly, eating and destroying plants and after a certain age they start to sleep in their pupa form. Their patience can be seen in waiting inside their pupa and in the process of emerging from their cocoon. Imagine if the caterpillar does not want to wait until it is fully formed and goes out before its time, it won’t become a beautiful butterfly.
If animals need patience to build their nests and transform into something beautiful, shouldn’t we learn from them and be patient also?
Sadly patience is something which is not that appreciated nowadays. People are now spamed with instance things, things which makes their life easier and faster. Faster laptop, faster internet connection, faster process, faster this and that. I somehow feel it myself, if I want to buy something online, I want to have it at least the next day, it would be better if it was delivered yesterday! Or if I tell someone to change their mind for their own sake, I want him/her to change at the exact moment I tell him/her.
Life is just not designed to run fast, everything has its process, everything has its time.It is the same also if we start a business. We would need a lot of patience in every phase of it. We can’t just do it in a hurry. It needs research, planning, strategy and implementation. Sometimes we get the results right away, sometimes we have to have patience until the result comes out.
In the end I believe that patience is needed to be successful. Through any trouble or struggle or challenge we are facing, we would need patience to persevere! Don’t ask too many why’s, as it sometimes hindesr us from seeing a way out and makes us focus not on the way out but on the trouble or struggle or challenge itself.

Patience is the key…A lesson I’ve learned lately is that we can’t push God for an answer. God has His own timing well, i think this is still a part of me which needs improvement. I’m often not patient with God to be honest…I always want things solved fast, if it’s possible i want the solution now!!!But one thing for sure, if we ask, God will provide an answer. the “when” is His authority.Adi: God… why are you so complicated???????? >_
God looks at the heart, not the hand; the giver, not the gift.
Iya juga si ya, emang apa yang kita bisa berikan ke Tuhan yang kita belon punya? ga ada kan…
He already has and owns everything that we are giving to Him… so why are we still trying to give something to Him?
I think it’s because He looks into our heart, He desires to have a relationship with us and in a relationship you have to give and receive. Communication is built upon giving and receiving. We communicate through words, through body language, through emails, through phone calls, through twitter… and in all media’s we’re using to communicating, we are exchanging something, either words, sounds, movements…
this communication is what God desires from us, He longs to be with us, to talk to us, to love us, for so great the love of God that He sent His own begotten Son, so that whoever believes in Him shall not perish but have eternal life
so, build up you communication with Him, and remember, it’s not about what we give, not about how pretty we sing. But it is all about our heart for The LORD does not look at the things man looks at. Man looks at the outward appearance, but the LORD looks at the heart.
I woke up at 3 a.m. this morning… i tried to continue my sleep but I couldn’t…
so i tried to fix up a document i had to finish… well sometimes i can’t stop doing something, i always want to add something, what do you call this?? perfectionists?? hmm… although i’m trying to deny that i’m a perfectionists but i think i am indeed a perfectionists.
but at some point i had to say stop and thank God i stopped. but anywe, while i was working, i stumbled upon a nice song from Giving My Best, nyatakanlah… in english it should be… reveal

so, i will say to myself… the joy of the Lord is my strength… the joy of knowing that Jesus died for my sins, the joy of knowing that Jesus loves me and cares fr me, the joy of knowing that He rebukes me and let me go on through trials to level up!!! I’m very glad to have such a great God.

For me, it’s true indeed. I’ve been in a crisis of trust these days. For some reason I was so dissapointed with God because He didn’t fullfill His promise…
The greatest question that haunted me was that how can I trust God if He didn’t fullfill one of His promises, how can I sing and praise and say that God is faithful if one of His word is untrue…
Today, when I remembered what I thought of, I would cry and laugh at myself…
cry because I have dissapointed God in not trusting Him with His plans and not believing that everything happens for a reason I can’t comprehend yet Now I would laugh for all the ego I had..
But his all reveals my true character, a character I still need to work on…
Thanks Lord for Your faithfullness in reminding me to daily search You and worship You with everything.

perhaps today… yes, maybe Christ is coming today, no one knows. That’s why i need to be prepared for His coming.
Yes…. i want to prepare my heart for Him and Him alone. Sounds a little bit idealistic, doesn’t it??
But still, i want to prepare my whole life and i think life itself is a whole preparation to meet our beloved Saviour, the One who saved us from our sins 
Yeahhh…. i’ll face today with a prepared heart, prepared mind, prepared attitude to welcome Him.

Dilupakan mungkin suatu hal yang menyakitkan, bayangkan ketika kita dilupakan oleh seseorang yang kita sayangi.. haih, mending sakit gigi kali ya?? ngga la, sakit gigi juga menderita…
